I can't say enough good about this practice. Who ends up laughing with the dentist, assistant, and hygienist? Well I did... and I've always been hyper nervous and avoided the dentist. They pay attention to who you are as a person, and are kind and competent. The office staff are accommodating and have patience with the patients. I highly recommend them.

The staff are the best! I loved my thorough consultation with Dr. Stevens and her associate. (sorry I forgot her name). My teeth cleaning was the best I ever had with Kayla. The view is spectacular in West Rockport It beats Rockefeller Center in NYC. I worked for Colgate-Palmolive for over 30 years and the technology is state-of-the-art. Go to Mt. Pleasant and their new office is gonna be great!

Since moving to Maine full time, my wife and I have been well pleased with the dental care we have received from Mount Pleasant Dental Care. Probably no one wakes in the morning and rushes out the door in joyful anticipation of a dental visit, but the entire staff at Mount Pleasant works as a team and the office energy is always upbeat, so it is always good to see them again. I have been a patient of Mount Pleasant for many years. Everyone who works there has been exceptional. I recently had an issue due to chemo therapy and I needed an appointment with a dentist ASAP for X-rays and an evaluation. Mount Pleasant squeezed me in for a visit and even checked on me later. Dr. Laliberte and the entire staff were great for my first ever sedation dentistry visit. Very informative before, very considerate and kind during, and they even call you that evening to see how it went! I barely even realized I had any work being done and whatever if any pain I felt I immediately forgot or did not care. I think I had numbing injected but again didn't feel it go in or care. I'm so happy I have an option to finish and maintain dental work that will work for me.

My recent visit was to care for an old filling that needed to be replaced. I was pleasantly surprised at some of the new technology and procedures. My dentist, Dr. Stevens and the dental assistant, Kara, were wonderful. It is hard to imagine having a filling and not having some pain or discomfort, but I had no pain or discomfort. Everything was done to make sure I had the best experience possible. And if at any time something became uncomfortable, I was to let them know and they would work to make it better, but for me they did a super job and I never had to ask them to stop. The job was done timely, efficiently, and without pain or discomfort. I would highly recommend this Dental Office.

I want to express appreciation for the level of care, consideration and kindness that is expressed unfailingly by all of the staff at Mount Pleasant Dental Care, in addition, of course to the high quality dental care received. I had a cap come loose over the weekend. I called Monday afternoon to set up an appointment. They had me in the office that very afternoon within 2 hours of my call, were very solicitous to my need, and put my cap back on firmly. I guess what particularly prompts me to write is the culture of this office, so clearly a part of why they do their work: a care for their patients at an unusual level of genuineness and consistency.
