A Plan You Can Trust

We know, it sounds too good to be true, but it is true. DenVantage is designed for people without dental insurance, or for anyone who is tired of paying premiums & getting less than they are paying for.

Here’s how it works: you pay a modest monthly membership fee & all of your regular preventive care is included at no additional cost. That means all the things you would normally have done on your regular visits with your dental hygienist—cleaning or periodontal maintenance, all necessary x-rays, fluoride treatments, doctor’s periodic exam—are covered 100%.

Plan Costs:

Adult Preventive — $35/monthly
Adult Periodontal 3 Visit Plan — $61/monthly
Adult Periodontal 4 Visit Plan — $75/monthly
Child Preventive (patients under 18 years old) — $24/monthly
One Time Set Up Fee — $55 individual or $95 family

The DenVantage Plan includes the following benefits at no charge:

• Routine Adult or Children’s Cleaning (up to 2 per year with corresponding plan)
• Periodontal Maintenance (up to 4 per year with Periodontal Plan)
• Periodic Exam (one per benefit year with any plan)

PLEASE NOTE: The comprehensive exam for new patients or re-establishing patients is not included in the membership.

• Fluoride Treatment with each preventative visit
• X-rays (excluding CBCT x-rays), which include:
  • Bitewings (once per benefit year)
  • Complete Series/Panorex (once per three benefit years)
  • Periapical X-rays (as needed)

Savings on Other Treatment:

The savings listed below represent the amount taken off this provider’s regular fees for DenVantage members only. All other services offered by this provider receive comparable benefits. Please ask for savings on services not shown below.
